Our training Department is led by Mrs. SreeRekha K.R., an Educationalist and a Human Resources Professional with an MS (By Research) degree in Organizational Behaviour from IIT, Madras. She possesses vast experience in academics specializing in Learning & Development and Counselling. She has her research work published in a few Journals of International repute. She is an effective communicator with excellent relationship–building skills and can facilitate the growth and personal effectiveness of individuals as well as teams.
Being an enthusiast with a flair for impacting and motivating employees and individuals to build confidence and self-esteem. She has rich experience in developing and delivering behavioural, communication and training with proven results.
