Looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of HR Executive in Palakkad, Kerala.
You will be responsible to drive end to end recruitment, support the manager for the development and implementation of HR initiatives, HR Analytics etc.
Experience: 2-4 years experience in Recruitment, preferably in 3PL, Retail, Staffing Companies etc.
Skills: Must have good communication Skills, Negotiation Skills and Analytical Ability.
