We are looking for a Relationship Manager that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential service providers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively completing the entire onboarding process of service providers, which includes calling for the interview process, assigning leads for verification, reminder/ follow up calls for unverified leads to calling team, solving service provider issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping service provider satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
The Relationship Manager is also responsible for handling inbound customer queries on all platforms such as Whatsapp, mail, social media, etc. In case of any special requests should be able to match the service request to the service provider.
Responsibilities
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
Identify the needs of sitters, resolve issues and provide solutions.
Ensure you follow the sitter service script provided by the company for uniformity.
Maintain good customer and sitter relations.
Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
Maintain records of the conversations with the service provider.
Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and sitter queries.
Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
Strong time management, and target achieving skills.
Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language.

Empathy is important as you may be handling contacts in difficult situations, so having natural empathy makes it much easier to build rapport with these customers.
An ability to multitask will prove vital, as you will have to switch between multiple systems while helping customers and also switch channels frequently – from the phone to email, for example.
Also, be well-read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy-related answers.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer support role (Preferred)
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Having Pets or exposure to pet-friendly environments is added advantage
High school degree preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Saturday working
2 Plus years of experienced candidates are mandatory
Relevant candidates preferred
The candidate needs to come to the office
