Job Description :
1. Welcome visitors and guest and direct appropriately.
2. Receive direct and replay telephone massages.
3. Respond requests and queries appropriately.
4. Booking of meeting/ Conference rooms.
5. Responsible for records keeping of Reception documentation/registers.
6. Tracking of admin bills.
8. Assist in event management.
9. Maintaining courier details.
10. Managing arranging Video conferences.
11. Provide administrative support.
12. Any other admin related task that may be communicated.
