Female Guest Relation Executive

· Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients

· Actively listen to and resolve complaints

· Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns

· Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered

· Manage team to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures

· Appraise team’s performance and produce regular reports

· Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress

· Analyse customer feedback, online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings

· Establish friendly relations

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Manager or similar role

· Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages is a plus

· Previous experience in Ayurvedic Resort Preferred

· Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills

· Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

· Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance

· Ability to work flexible hours

· Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation

· Preferably degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field

Expected Start Date: 15/9/2021

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
