· Qualification

Bachelors

Those who have experience in pharmacy purchase and store has preference

Receiving goods as and when received from vendors

· Arranging goods received in the store

· Segregating medicines as per floor wise requests received

Thorough checking of expiry dates for all medicines in store

· Sourcing of vendors

· Meeting with vendors for purchase

· Preparation of comparison for most cost effective deal.

· Get approval from required authorities.

· Raising PO & get it approved from concerned authorities.

· Ensuring the timely delivery of material.

· Resolving payment related issues opf vendors.

· Maintenance of MIS related to purchase

· Cost Analysis

· CN Management

· CS Management
