Operations Executive

Source and book flights ensuring fares are within any given guidelines (eg: specified airlines, timings and tour costs)

Ensure best option on flights/fares are obtained at all times

Monitor and seek approval from Manager for payments against bookings held, ensuring deadlines are met (eg: deviations, contracting, deposit payments, passenger name lists, ticketing etc.)

Maintenance of in-house back office system and Excel spreadsheets to reflect allocations, deviators, issued tickets and refunds etc.

Minimize any potential loss of finances for flight bookings

Build and maintain good working relationships both internally (with office staff) and externally (with airlines)

Work to the highest level of presentation and accuracy.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Possess the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible

Candidate must be Graduate.

Preference will be given to those candidates who has having experience in Aviation industry.
