Job Responsibilities:
Achieve the sales targets and adhere to the daily beat plan.
Manage the financial transactions, close the sales through collections & follow-up.
Documents the sales and updates customer profile records in the assigned DMS (Document Management System).
Demonstrate knowledge of products to customers.
Educate customers about current promotions and advertisements.
‘Go the extra mile’ by merchandising to drive the sales.
Handle and assist customers in returns and exchanges.
Cross sell products.
Skills & Qualification Required:
Good communication skill. (Should be able to converse in local language)
Proven capabilities in sales role. (Preferably from FMCG industry)
Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree.
Candidate having 1 to 5 years of experience in FMCG Sales (Field) are preferred.
